Event Spaces

Whether you are looking for a business meeting room, conference space or wedding venue, The Crossing offers a variety of choices for your next special event. The Loft is our main event space designed with multipurpose use in mind. Below you will find more information on The Loft and our other areas available for public use.

The Loft

The Loft has an atmosphere of rustic elegance and comfort. This space can comfortably seat 200 people in rows or up to 120 people at round tables*. It is equipped with a stage, sound, lighting and video capabilities as well as a kitchenette with serving bar, sink and refrigerator. Ice is available upon request. This space features a preparation area for brides or guest speakers as well as private restrooms.

*Tables, chairs and tablecloths are included.

The Hub

The Hub is perfect for larger gatherings. This room comfortably accommodates 450 people in rows or up to 288 people at round tables*. It is equipped with a stage, sound, lighting, and video capabilities. There is also a small serving bar area.

The Training Room

The Training Room is a meeting space that can be used for smaller meetings of 10-25 people. There are tables* that can be rearranged in various ways throughout the room. The space also has a large whiteboard and TV/Monitor to for computer and video presentations as well as a kitchenette with sink and mini-refrigerator.

Before filling out your request, please read through our guidelines for hosting an event or wedding at The Crossing by selecting the appropriate option below.

Thank you for your interest in hosting your wedding at The Crossing. Here are a few steps to take and things to consider prior to submitting your request:

  • If looking to host your wedding at one of our locations, you must register for the Premarital Process before a date can be secured.
  • We ask that you have a pastor from The Crossing as your officiant. Once you complete the Premarital Process, that team will work with you to choose your pastor.
  • The ministry activities of The Crossing are our priority, so those must take precedence over outside events.
  • It will be at the discretion of the Event Coordinator and Senior Leadership Team to approve events that coincide with ministry events.

  • Our Senior Leadership Team must approve all outside events and we will not host any event that goes against our beliefs and values. For more information, see our Statement of Faith.
  • We are not able to accommodate personal events such as birthday parties, showers, retirement parties, etc.
  • The ministry activities of The Crossing are our priority, so those take precedence over outside events.
