Kim Davidson is a woman of God, wife, mother, and businesswoman. She is CEO of ET Superior Facility Management Services, Inc., a multi-million-dollar facilities management and landscaping company headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Kim co- manages the business with her husband of 23 years, Dominic.

At its core, ET Superior is a family business. The company started with a vision that Earl Thomas carried proudly with the help of his two daughters, Kim and Kelly Since then, ET Superior has grown from managing 40,000 square feet of office space for its first major customer, World Wide Technology, to overseeing more than 10 million square feet for 15 business partners across the country. Kim, the sole survivor of the original trio, credits ET Superior’s steady growth to the Lord Jesus Christ, and to her and Dominic’s shared passion—serving their employees, customers, and vendors, with quality, respect, fairness, and love.

Besides co-managing their business, Kim: Facilitates a thriving Biblical Business Training (BBT) group that has changed lives since 2008. Serves as a BBT Ambassador. Hosted a BBT Summit for ET Superior employees where 70% of her staff now participate and contribute. Facilitates a weekly women’s prison ministry at St. Louis County Justice Center. Serves as a Deacon at the Shalom Church City of Peace. Sits on the Board of Directors for Commercial Bank.
