Bless the Lord, O my soul;
And all that is within me, bless His holy name!
Bless the Lord, O my soul,
And forget not all His benefits.

Be grateful for less than perfect gifts.

Open your heart to worship.
Express gratitude openly.
3. What do you notice happening inside of you when you get stuck being ungrateful? How will you commit to interrupting those habits?
4. The world stirs up discontent in so many ways, perhaps because it is profitable to do so. What will you do to not get sucked into that?

Pray
Heavenly Father, we bless Your Name. We give you thanks for the many blessings You have lavished upon us, for the gift of this life, and for the people we love. Lord, may You bless them, and remind them of how beloved they are in Your eyes. Help us to be more grateful, more aware, to slow down and be less distracted, and to cherish all that You have blessed us with. We love You, God. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
