Reflect:
1. Prayer can look different for each person. What was prayer like for you growing up?
2. What does your current prayer life look like?
3. Do you find it easier to pray for the big moments in life or the small ones? Why?
4. Why do you think Jesus often went alone to pray? What does that say about how we should pray?
5. Jesus often went to the Father in prayer through difficult circumstances and emotions (grief, stress, fear...). Do you find it easy or difficult to talk to God in such a vulnerable state? Why?
6. How can you change your prayer life to further your relationship with God?
Do:
Spend 15 minutes each day this week in prayer about the small moments in your life. Thank God for the little things that you are grateful for and ask him for guidance throughout each moment.

"Your prayer life is best not when you pray big prayers occasionally. It is best when you pray small prayers continually."
