1. Are you gathering with friends and family to celebrate this weekend? What are you all up to?
2. Do you have a story of being rescued? Whether you were rafting or something else, what happened?
3. We learned about the Hebrew word "qavah," and the biblical roots of waiting and trusting confidently in God, like being braided together, wrapping ourselves around Him. Have you ever done this? What was going on?
4. Reflect on Greg's story of being rescued by his raft guide. Timba said that he saw the whole thing and never took his eyes off of him. What do you think of that?
