Message: Though We are Many, We are One

Speaker: Greg Holder

Service Date: November 01, 2020 Plain Print Version

"Teacher, we know that you are a man of integrity. You aren't swayed by others because you pay no attention to who they are; but you teach the way of God in accordance with the truth. Is it right to pay the imperial tax to Caesar or not? Should we pay or shouldn't we?"

. . . and he asked them, "Whose image is this? And whose inscription?"

"Caesar's," they replied.

Then Jesus said to them, "Give back to Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's."

Mark 12:14, 16-17

The way believers treat one another is an essential component of proclaiming Jesus to the world.

Reflect

In what ways do you feel stressed right now? How can you surrender those burdens to Jesus? What challenged you from this weekend's message? How will you remember the one true Kingdom and King this week? What details stuck with you from Lloyd's story? Who in your life is God calling you to collaborate with? What steps can you take to love people the way that Jesus has lived in this week and the weeks to come?
